Job Overview
The Trainee will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System. The role involves working with internal tools to configure tables and parameters based on business analysis.
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of SAS & Mainframe concepts
- Ability to write simple and complex SQL queries
- Basic knowledge of automation testing principles
- Understanding of system testing and QA methodologies
- Relational database concepts (tables, keys, DB2, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication & Professional Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Highly self-motivated and a strong team player
Additional Details
- Service Agreement: 12 Months
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Chennai Wipro Office)
