Role Overview:

• Design, build, test, assemble and configure applications using business requirements.
• Work in dynamic and challenging environments to deliver technology solutions end-to-end.
• Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets performance expectations.
• Integrate technology trends and automation solutions into existing systems.
• Take ownership of successful implementation and support of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and participate in full SDLC from analysis to implementation.
• Develop clean, efficient and maintainable code as per standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure quality delivery within timelines.
• Support incident resolution and provide L1/L2 technical support when required.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver client requirements effectively.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts and Computer Science fundamentals.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to work in 24×7 environments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Year of Pass-out: Any year up to 2025.
• Degrees Accepted: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MSc, MCA, Integrated Dual Degree (as mentioned above).
• Education Type: Only full-time education (no part-time, distance or diploma-only).
• Experience: 0 to 23 months of full-time experience.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs during registration or onboarding.
• Academic Gaps: No gaps during the current highest relevant degree; must complete degree in stipulated duration (e.g., 4 years for B.Tech, 5 years for dual degree).
• Previous Accenture Process: Should not have appeared for any Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in India (Indian citizens / valid work permit / OCI / PIO; Bhutan & Nepal nationals can work without visa).

Assessment Process:

• Step 1 – Mock Assessment: 20-minute practice test (mandatory) to check system readiness and give assessment experience.
• Step 2 – Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment (40 mins):
  • Behavioral: Personality-based evaluation.
  • Cognitive: Gamified puzzles & numerical equations.
• Step 3 – Technical Assessment (45 mins):
  • Common Applications & MS Office.
  • Pseudocode.
  • Fundamentals of Networking, Security & Cloud.
  • Basic Programming & Computer Science concepts.
• Step 4 – Coding Assessment (60 mins):
  • 3 coding questions using one or more of the following:
  • Backend: Java, .NET, Python, C++, C#
  • Database: SQL
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, React.js, Vue.js
• Step 5 – Communication Assessment (~30 mins):
  • Verbal: Pronunciation, fluency, listening, spoken English, vocabulary, grammar.
  • Written: Email/etiquette, content, grammar.
• Step 6 – Final Interview: Technical + HR round based on assessment performance.

• Selected candidates must be flexible to relocate to any Accenture office location in India.
• Must be open to working in 24×7 shift environment as per business requirements.
