Position Summary
The HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role focuses on delivering high-quality learning administration support. The successful candidate will assist in managing training programs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth learning operations for Deloitte’s NSE region. This role demands attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Work You’ll Do
- Add classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Generate and process scheduled reports.
- Provide delegate lists and distribute electronic training materials.
- Close classes and handle post-course feedback and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and service-level agreements.
- Assist with other Learning Support Services processes as required.
