🔹 1. Associate Analyst – Full-Time (Mainframe Role)

Eligible Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech (CSE, ECE, IT, Mechanical), MCA
Shifts: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM OR 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Service Agreement: 12 months

📌 Role Overview:

As an Associate Analyst, you’ll configure and test the proprietary Benefit Administration System to suit client requirements. This is an ideal role for entry-level candidates with strong logic, analytical, and programming knowledge.

• SDLC knowledge

• Strong in SQL (Simple & Complex Queries)

• Testing knowledge

• Analytical & logical reasoning

🔹 2. SIM – School for IT Infrastructure Management (Diploma Holders)

Program: Work + Sponsored B.Tech Degree
Location: Wipro India
Qualification: Diploma in CS, IT, ECE, EEE, etc.
Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025

📌 About SIM Program:

This program allows diploma holders to gain real-world experience while pursuing a B.Tech in Information Systems, fully sponsored by Wipro. Candidates will work full-time while studying.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma Pass with 50%+

• Max 3 years of education gap between 10th & Diploma

• Only full-time Diploma accepted

• Must have Core Mathematics in Diploma
