Minimum Qualifications :
BE in Computer Science, MCA, or any other Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with relevant experience.
Experience and Skills Required :
0-2 years of experience as a software developer or system engineer in .Net-based development.
Strong technical and analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of application architecture.
Experience collaborating on projects across multiple international geographical locations.
Work with stakeholders to author, review, and improve technical and functional specifications, including test descriptions and acceptance criteria.
Author and contribute to the development, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of the company’s application suite, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quality.
Follow and promote development practices and policies to produce high-quality software that can be easily implemented within the company.
Use state-of-the-art software engineering practices and development frameworks, such as Agile, to ensure superior quality in every delivery.
Escalate and follow up on blockers or deviations from SPOs and guidelines in a timely manner.
Create and maintain technical and operational documentation describing program code, logic, changes, and corrections for assigned functions.
