Package : 4 LPA—8 LPA

Primary Responsibilities:

Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite.

Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite, analyzing root causes of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement.

Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input.

Developing testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for enhancements in the Product Suite.

Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, and providing viable technical solutions and multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern.

Actively contributing to team commitments.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

BE/BTech/MCA degree or above in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent functional experience.

0-2 years of experience in commercial software development in a SaaS-based company.

Application development experience using:

C++

MFC

Understanding of OOPS concept, Multi-threading, etc.

Understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts.

Proven experience in software development and a solid understanding of programming concepts.

Good analytical skills.

Debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.

Team player.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
