Job Details:
Job Title: Management Trainee – GRC Analyst
Education Background: B.Tech/B.E
Graduation Batch: 2024-2025
Work Experience: Relevant work experience would be an added advantage.
CTC Offered: 6 LPA to 7.5 LPA
Location: PAN India
Skills Required:
Risk Management: Assist in identifying and analyzing potential security and operational risks. Contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
Governance and Compliance: Support in maintaining and updating customer policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Cybersecurity Monitoring: Assist in monitoring cybersecurity tools and platforms, including incident management, threat detection, and vulnerability assessments.
Policy Development: Contribute to drafting and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, prepare documentation, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Training and Awareness: Support the development and execution of cybersecurity awareness and GRC training programs.
Incident Response: Participate in the incident response process, contribute to investigations, and report cybersecurity incidents.
Data Privacy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and other relevant frameworks.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to risk assessments, audits, incident reports, and compliance activities.
Project Support: Work closely with senior team members on various cybersecurity and GRC projects, providing research, analysis, and recommendations.
MS Office: Experience with using MS Office suite.
Responsibility Delivery: Delivers areas of responsibility according to schedule.
Problem Management: Ability to foresee and manage potential problems before they occur.
Communication: Ensures regular and effective communication between teams.
