Role: DCoE Processor
Deal Centre of Excellence (DCoE)
DCOE team is responsible for:
Create New, Renewal and Mid-term CPSs (Customer/Channel Partner Pricing Sheets), Deal Books and supporting documents such as: Amendments, Product Selection Forms, Discount Transparency Discloser Forms and Internal CPSs with discounts
Post documents for approvals and assemble agreement consolidation proposals to support Worldwide Sales Teams in EA Consolidation efforts
Support Worldwide Licensing sales teams and onboarded Partners with creation and ad-hoc changes/enhancements to CPSs, Deal Books and supporting documents, for contract negotiations
Work on individual DCoE Projects regarding one-off project efforts in various areas of the licensing support business for Worldwide sales team
Job Description:
Requirement gathering from multiple tools, recalculating products prices, and applying other custom adjustments
Setting up from scratch and generating preliminary and final version of pricing sheets (Excel sheets) using internal tools
Reviewing pricing proposals to ensure they are compliant and adhere to MS volume licensing policies, assuring that pricing proposal have ‘on custom adjustments’ done
crating Deal Books (which provides Microsoft Sales Representatives with historical data and helps to plan for future orders)
creating various supporting documentation as part of proposal package
Candidates Should have :Â
Good communication and English-speaking skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Should have intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, formatting, data sort, etc)
Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
Candidates must be open to work in night shifts
The candidate must meet the KPI’s
Should be good with logical reasoning and numbers
