As part of the Contact Support Group (CSG), you’ll be the first line of IT infrastructure support, resolving incidents and service requests using voice, email, chat, and AI-based support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting

Handle IT infrastructure incidents and service requests

Manage tickets – prioritize, categorize, track, and resolve efficiently

Ensure first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with teams across telecom, finance, healthcare, and tech sectors

Work in rotational shifts (24×7) supporting global clients

Desired Skills:

Excellent English communication

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge

Flexibility to work night shifts and relocate if needed

Conduct internal audits and process reviews

Manage risk assessment and compliance assignments

Work with clients across industries to improve governance and operations

Perform data analysis and develop business insights

Assist in risk-based audit planning and documentation

Travel to client locations (domestic & international) as required

Skills Required:
